TiElla has been in partnership with the GROW program for many years now. Her presence and ability to connect with not just the girls but every person in our space has been beyond impactful. Her knowledge and abilities allow her to have unique ability to make each person go deep inside themselves to explore beyond the surface who they are, what they are capable of and how to navigate getting through all those layers. She provides safe curated spaces that allow for open dialogue, connectivity and growth to be shared. She helps equip our girls with the tools needed to overcome emotional and stressful life challenges, supporting their experiences and it pertains to their identities in this world. The tools she gives each participant supports self-awareness, self-management, relationship skills and responsible decision-making.
